Terms of Service

The service

Ordereet lets customers find nearby restaurants, place pickup or delivery orders, and pay online or on delivery/collection as offered at checkout. Restaurants prepare and fulfil orders, including delivery when they offer it. Features may change as the product evolves.

Customers

• You order from the restaurant you select. That restaurant is responsible for the food, allergens, prep time, and fulfilment.
• Delivery fees, minimums, and estimated times are set by the restaurant and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery requires a valid UK address in the restaurant’s delivery area. Pickup is collected from the restaurant.
• A service fee may be shown at checkout before you confirm.

Restaurant partners

• You are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, allergens, and fulfilling pickup and delivery orders you accept.
• You must keep opening hours, delivery radius, fees, and pause status up to date so customers are not charged for orders you cannot fulfil.
• You agree to comply with applicable food safety and consumer laws.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Funds may be collected by Ordereet and settled to restaurants according to your partner agreement. The restaurant is responsible for refunds and customer service for their orders unless otherwise agreed. Cash on delivery or at collection is paid to the restaurant, not Ordereet.

Refunds and cancellations

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the restaurant should reject or cancel it and arrange a refund for card payments through the partner dashboard. Contact the restaurant first for issues with food or delivery; contact Ordereet if you cannot resolve it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ordereet is not liable for indirect damages or issues arising from restaurant operations, menu errors, delayed delivery, or payment disputes between restaurants and customers.
